"I had a really disappointing experience staying here. The building is very old, but that wasn’t even my main concern. What really bothered me was the lack of basic safety and professionalism. Around 4:00 p.m. on the day we checked in, my husband and I were relaxing in our room when a staff member suddenly opened our door without knocking or announcing himself. "The room was beautiful with comfortable bed and pillows. Large bathroom with nice toiletries. We also had a cute balcony porch. My daughter said the gym was wonderful. We unfortunately didn’t have a chance to use the hot tub. The staff downstairs at the desk were very helpful in instructing us about public transportation and any other questions we had about the community. Mansion House is a great place to stay and would definitely go back there again."
