"No body wash in shower, shower head mostly plugged so water did not flow smoothly, air conditioning control panel did not work, ha to manually change settings at unit. Breakfast was very good."

"We had a very late (1:30 AM) check-in. We were greeted at the door. When the front desk was checking us in, we mentioned we hadn't had dinner due to delayed flights. She came out with a bag of bagels, yogurt, muffins and water. It was beyond appreciated! The hotel layout was unique. The room was great and very clean. Nothing but good things to say. We normally stay at top of the line hotels and were pleased at the level of quality and service."

"This place was great! The interior was super clean and new but needs a designer’s edit… however, the hotel is clean, comfortable, and pretty! The pool and hot tub were great. The free breakfast is fine—microwaveable breakfast sandwiches and waffle irons— but nothing too exciting. We stayed here for an overnight on a road trip home and it was perfect."

"Meh. Fine for a one-night pit stop. The staff was friendly and check-in was quick and easy. Standard breakfast bar. The room had a musty smell, felt humid, and was a bit dated. It also didn't feel as clean as I'd hoped. Overall, it's an okay value if you just need a place to sleep for the night."

"The entire hotel is under renovation. The lobby was filthy and all the furniture was stacked in the corner and under tarps. The elevator was missing the ceiling tiles and the breakfast room was under full renovation. When I booked the room the description of the property said continental breakfast, but the staff said there was no breakfast. I was also told that I would not be given a discount or refund. Additionally, there was no refrigerator, or hairdryer in the room."

"The room was as clean as it could be. There were no bugs. A/C worked well. The woman at the front desk was fantastic! Parking was fine. The pillows were better than more expensive places I've stayed. I do think they need to dilute the bleach (or whatever they use) they wash the bedding in. I was experiencing various skin reactions, and the smell affected my breathing when I laid on my side."

"The rooms were not cleaned. One room had crumbs in the bed and another room had broken glass on the floor. The staff was helpful in cleaning up the rooms once told about the situation. The hotel has an awful odor from the front door to the room. The smell almost reminded me of curry powder. If I go to the area again I'll stay at the other hotels in the area as they are much nicer."

"The staff was amazing and kind! I arrived early due to my flight and they were so helpful and accommodating. The room and property was very clean and maintained."

"Staff was great! Especially the front desk! We had a problem with other guests stomping above us for two nights in a row. They were prompt to help with the situation. Forgot a few things, toothbrush one of our family members cut themselves. Front desk was quick to help with Band-AIDS and replace the toothbrush. We do a fair amount of traveling, the breakfast was great! Would definitely stay here again."
