"Loved my stay! Beautiful historic building, clean and comfortable rooms, and friendly staff. The boutique atmosphere made it feel much more special than a typical hotel. Once you step inside, it feels like you're somewhere on vacation in Europe. No elevator, but actually the staircase was beautiful (and manageable). Courtyard was charming too. They keep the building secured by giving you an access code. Good restaurants nearby. Excellent value. Would definitely stay again."

"Cute property right by Fisherman’s Wharf, Pier 39, Oracle Park. Close to all of the best San Francisco sites! Room was spacious and comfy! Loved the little ocean view off the balcony of our room! Loved the ice and water machines close to the room! The best was the S’mores boxes that we were given at check in to use at the fire pit!! Love love love"

"Great stay and location. Staff are as friendly as they get paid for (bit doing anything extra friendly for free lol which is fine) and at some point the fire alarm went off but no one made sure everyone was out. They just closed the door (not lock) where the elevator was. I took the elevator and then exited out the emergency door loool but I didn’t know anything was going on so that was my only gripe. So good for solo travel! Felt safe, all that jazz."

"The Hotel is right opposite the station, which is a plus. It has loads of restaurants on the main road. Staff at Reception was helpful. Our toiletries was never replaced. We had Ants infestation, the responses from Staff was that it is normal. Room is cleaned every other day."
