"Have stayed numerous times previously as part of group rides.
Hotel and property showing a bit of wear and tear.
The included breakfast at the adjacent Landing Restaurant is no more.
Kleenex was not to be seen in room. Some room lights did not work. Musty A/C smell.
Grounds were a bit overgrown. Trash cans full. Ahem.
Plenty of hot water in rooms. Quiet environment at night. Plenty of parking.
Never used the pool, but it looked fine.
Great location. Easy walking distance to restaurants and a market across the way was convenient. Small fridge and microwave in room. Nice.
Oringinal historic charm of hotel still remains, but it seems Yuma overall is economically stressed a bit and this seems to be reflected in the hotel."
