"Beautiful hotel room, beautiful lobby, and a great free breakfast in the ! Very conveniently located so that you can walk to just about anything. We went to a concert at the Ascend amphitheater and it was only about a 10 minute walk. We also walked up to music row and enjoyed the many venues there. Staff was pleasant, grounds were pleasant, Parking was a bit more reasonable here than in some of the other hotels in this area."

It was beautiful, unique, clean, comfortable beds, (free) water, snacks, and other conveniences, Those with mobility issues should be aware of the need to climb steps into the building and potentially to your room. Also, while there are signs to rooms, they’re a little hard to read at night and not at the entrance."

"The room you chose was sub par! For this amount of money I expect a decent room with a view! Turn down service at 9:30 is ridiculous! The car rental was a POS Mitsubishi that had 70,000 miles on it and made me feel pretty stupid! Wake up and start giving to the people who support you!"

Finally I have given a good rating because for the price it was 2 bedroom and 2 bath and in a good location for access to downtown activities. Finally the beds fit in the rooms but are very small for two people."

Upon pulling up to valet, I went inside to check-in at which time the staff was already unloading my luggage from the car.
