Hotel restaurant needs greater supervision from staff (needs a managerial presence, Maitre) to ensure certain standards of dress code and behaviour are maintained and respected (and I don't mean that I want a formal restaurant) -- the behaviour of certain families and their children made you feel as if you were eating at a big children's party and/or holiday camp. One of the door handles going onto the deck fell off, and the other door wouldn't close at all. The staff were fantastic, very friendly and helpful.
