"Personalet var så søde og hjælpsomme. Bestilte nogle dage inden ankomst deres romantiske overraskelses pakke, som de også enda var med til at ændre på så den passede lige til os. Rigtig god morgenmad, følte mig tryg som allergiker da der var skilte med alergener ved alt. Vi var 2 gange nede i baren om aftenen og få mocktails, super søde bartendere der bæa stiller en række spørgsmål så du for en drink der er lige for dig"

"I had an issue with my room and the first time it was resolved, but it happened a second time with efforts from current staff and it couldn't be fixed due to the proper staff had already left for the day and I got moved to an upgraded room at no extra charge. I enjoyed my stay here!"

It was uneven and extremely uncomfortable—to the point where, as a family of four, we felt we would have been better off sleeping on the floor to avoid back pain. Great hotel, but the pull-out beds definitely need an upgrade."

"From the outside, the hotel looks a bit dated but it was bright and modern inside. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, with a wide variety of options available each morning. We also enjoyed using the spa which was well maintained. Our room was a good size. The only downside was that the air conditioning was difficult to work and there was no instruction manual provided so our room was very hot. "We loved this hotel. It is just a 20 minute walk, and five minutes on transit from the main touristy district. We prefer not to be right in the center of the tourist district, because the restaurants are all a rip off, and it is noisy. The Up Hotel has lots of little shops and cafes around it that locals use. There is a lovely small park across the street, where they had a children's music show and farmer's market on Saturday. We paid a little extra for the top floor terrace and it was...

"Clean rooms. Just be careful. They will send you an automated email stating you owe additional money for accommodations you never requested. Ask for an itemized invoice showing exactly what these “alleged accommodations” are. "

"All the staff were so kind and very helpful. They helped us with tours,directions, and even ways to save money on the tours we wanted. We were given a ver nice room upgrade. Breakfast was delicious."

"Really enjoyed our stay here. Has a young, funky vibe. Room was large and we had a nice balcony. Was tough to get the room cool enough at night. And a weird shelf design right over the sink made washing and brushing teeth a challenge. Lol. But friends didnt have the issue in their room. The Staff was pleasant and helpful. Great location near lots of bars and restaurants. And walkable to most of the main sites. Nice rooftop but unless you get breakfast included it’s hard to get in. No bar on site...
