"This is a very easy reasonably priced place to stay. It is clean and where we were, it was quiet. We were in Yuba City to help my elderly parents for 3 nights and were thrilled with the ease and comfort. The beds are clean and comfortable. While there some minor signs of wear in spots, there are some updated extras like reading lights and easy to use air conditioner/heater - important in Yuba! "All the towel I got were stained and dirty I didn’t use any of them I didn’t feel comfortable using them. The pillows looked very very used and dingy and I also did not use them and the bed had cigarette burns on the comforter I had to buy new sheets just to put over it to feel safe to sleep. Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at by far and I’d never recommend this hotel to anyone including my worst enemy. Save your money."
