"Very cosy and homely. Clean and very spacious. Pool, hot tub and sauna were clean. Food was amazing and fresh. Close to 2 town centres. Staff were very helpful and went out of there way Pet friendly hotel. Staff went out there way for my dog buster. Offered him sausages and treats. Buster was made up. "We had a wonderful 3 night stay just after the New Year. The hotel is full of character, and the room we had was clean, spacious and well appointed. Service and food amazing. Not cheap but well worth the price given the experience we had. "

"The staff were some of the best we have ever met and met our needs perfectly. They ensured we had a room that was suitable and went the extra mile to achieve this so a big thank you. The property is in the process of being updated but this didn't affect our stay except perhaps to see how well it appears to be going and I'm sure when this is finished they will have a hotel to be proud of. They have only owned this hotel for about 6 months and it is obvious they are making huge efforts to update...
