"Cozy place with the best breakfast-included in Albany, hands down. Best staff (honorable mentions include JOSH, ERIKA, and of course, TARA.) I had come in a panic during the last hour of my 35th birthday at 12am, after a truly awful few days and was greeted as if I were checking in to my old resort (The Westin Rancho Mirage Golf Resort & Spa) which to feel 5-star/white glove treatment during a moment of crisis by a hotel that doesn't even acknowledge membership tiers of Marriott or anything of the sort, and has no reason to treat me like anything more than a nuisance, I truly feel like they have treated me and my friend like family. Biscuits and gravy at the breakfast bar? REAL coffee/creamer? Excellent staff and very peaceful vibe overall? Clean pool and hot tub? This place is a hidden gem, one you probably want to keep to yourself and if you enjoy hibernation from the world (such as I), this is the place. I cannot recommend enough, and I plan on further extending my stay through the week and plans seem to not be as important nor anxiety inducing when you feel supported, understood, and treated like a person. Kindness is a commodity going out of style it seems, but this establishment and it's staff give it for free in spades; seems complacency has permeated most of the society around here I've noticed, but, seems Tara and the management overall has cultivated and retined a staff of higher caliber and decorum than anywhere I've stayed recently."

"Staff was friendly. It was nice to have luggage carts available. The breakfast included a variety of choices such as cereal, eggs, sausage, potatoes, biscuits and gravy, waffles, fruit, yogurt, bagels, juice, tea, coffee, hot cocoa. There was often a plate of cookies in the lobby for guests."

"Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was nice and clean. (A couple maintenance issues but nothing bad) pool was nice. Breakfast was very basic and for those that don’t mind a lot of carbs. Overall it was good."

"Very clean and serviceable accommodations for one night. Free parking and free wifi. The bed is hard which was OK for us and preferable to a very soft one. The pillows were really soft and worn out. I I should have brought my own! Biggest disappointment was that we were told there would be coffee available in the morning (no breakfast) but by 7:30am, they hadn't filled the coffee container and we had to leave and there was no one at the desk to ask. Overall, just fine for the price and a one-night stay."
