"This was the third time I have stayed here. I love the location because it is close to where my daughter lives. Also the hotel is clean and the staff friendly. The breakfast is a plus because you can do a grab and run."

Was NOT immediately greeted upon arrival. Had no idea where employees were. We stood at counter several minutes and no one came from the back room or any where to check us in. After we were obviously confused & verbalized it between the two of us as what to do in this hotel with no visible employees, did the two ppl from popcorn machine come to the counter & started to check us in! "The breakfast was good. I liked the waffle maker. The room could have been cleaner but it was comfy and the right price. The pool was nice and cool. Very relaxing after walking around downtown Columbus all day. Wish there was a hot tub. I'd give 5 stars if there was a hot tub. "
