"The very clean and the room very spacious. The staff lied to us regarding food, we had traveled around 200 miles and arrived around 16:30, we was tired and hungry, they said that the kitchen was closed today and there was no staff, very poor for a hotel this size. We then had to travel into Toledo to find food for the evening meal, we had travelled enough but we had to or we wouldn’t get any food. When e arrived back at the hotel, we noticed that the dining room lights were on and places...

"Excellent hotel, ideally situated just outside of the old town but close enough to walk or take the bus. Except that the bed was a bit softer for my taste, I have nothing to complain. The room was spacious with a terrace facing the old town and upgraded facilities. Also there was a pool. I would definitely return if I’m in the area. Cheers!"

"I had a reservation at the Sercotel Rinascimiento but they were undergoing renovations so they moved me to Sercotel Alfonso VI. However they did it wrong so my entire reservation was cancelled. I had to re-book at reception and Sercotel Alfonso VI was fine but the breakfast had no coffee machine that worked correctly so I just had instant coffee in my room. I would not recommend it "

"Me dejó un sabor agridulce que no estuviese abierto el bar de la piscina ya que por email me dijeron que le estaban poniendo a punto para este fin de semana que estuve. Y, ya que no está abierto, prevenir en el bar que tengan vasos de plástico para llevar al césped. Ya que cuando fui a pedir un par de cervezas me dijo la camarera que solo se puede llevar agua o café, porque los vasos de plástico están en el chiringuito de la piscina… un poco sabor agridulce.. por lo demás bien"

"Excellent stay, the hotel is well located near the train station. Toledo is a an old medieval city so the hotel was closer to the bottom of the incline meaning to get to the main areas it is a 10 minutes walk uphill on the main road. We loved our stay i will say if you are a light sleeper to request a room not directly in front of the elevator/stairs because you will hear noise pretty well. I had earplugs at night and my parents are hearing impaired so it didn’t bother us. Otherwise super clean...

"Las habitaciones muy comodas, la unica pega que no tenian nevera y se pia todo bastante, pero por lo demas estupendo. El desayuno no era a lo grande pero tenias de todo y de muy biena calidad y el personal muy amable, incluso podias cenar alli en caso de ser necesario, cositas sencillas pero que te solucionaban. La unica pega que el parque declos niños estaba roto, pero tampoco era algo que fueramos a usar asi que no importaba."
