There was blood in the womens bathroom everywhere, the place smelled musty and soiled, the carpet was so filthy and so old. We stayed 1 night instead of e. The A/C was loud and put off a dirty smell, there was not a single table lamp in the room, the bathroom was updated but the painting they did was all over the ceiling and just very sloppy. "Water pressure in the bathroom was awful. Hardly any water in the sink and shower. Housekeeping was awful. We had no room service for three days and had to ask that our room be cleaned. We also had to ask for towels etc every day."

"Check in staff member seemed uncomfortable to be there. Very short with me during check-in. Stayed in room 420. The carpet in my room felt damp all the time. AC worked great, but rattled when on. Curtains did not block out sun at all. Too short, too narrow, and too much light comes in. "The rooms were very comfortable. My 2 complaints are that the sheets are awful. With the sheets wrapped around the comforter and they are very thin and flimsy, on 2 separate stays we got tangled up in the sheets in the middle of the night. The other problem is the bathroom has very dim light. Very dim. That needs to change."
