"Excellent location. Easy access with sufficient parking (on both sides of the building). Very friendly, attentive staff. Full kitchenette (full size fridge, small gas stove, microwave, coffee maker). Surprisingly large room and bathroom ("oceanview", 2 queens) and good size balcony with fantastic views. Good amenities. The only "mismatches" are "shot" upholstery on table chairs (put some seat covers on) and small and useless Roku TV (couldn't get out of the main menu: remote issue? But who needs TV with such views and things to do?). IMPORTANT (save the confusion): the hotel services are "remote", but the shared (contracted?) front desk is right next door (The Admiral's Quarters, blue building). Your door code won't work until you pay $3+tax of local tax, and that's something not added to the bill online (I don't recall specific instructions: add to the email and text message). Park, go there and pay something like $3.74, and then proceed to your room. Our personal finding: door lock keypad is "slow" on waking up. Press the "check mark" button (bottom left), wait few seconds for "grumbling" to finish, and then type your 4-digit code and press the "check mark" button again.
Overall, well worth of our time and money, and we'd stay there again. Thank you."
