"Our second stay was just like our first one….AWESOME!!!!"

"Parking was tight, but there is an overflow lot a half block or so away. We never needed that. We loved the fact that our 7/F room looked directly out beyond the pool and Tiki Bar fire pit onto the ocean. The artwork in the room was to our liking too. The bathroom was well appointed, and the little refrigerator was useful. The lobby was comfortable and attractive. Having stayed in five star hotels with included breakfast, I have to qualify the perfect score on the breakfast, but it was perfectly fine. If you like to walk (a lot) and not only on the beach, treat yourself to the trails at the nearby Carolina Beach NC State Park. Most importantly, we liked the coffee always available in the lobby. Footnote: Restaurants to consider: The Havana, and especially Soul Flavor."

"The Staff is what made this stay a good stay. The front desk staff did what they could to help us out. We had to wait an hour and a half to get our suite. The pull out sofa did not have proper linens and blankets. However, the breakfast was quite good. The indoor pool, though small, was good for kids. The hotel is close to many Wilmington attractions. A solid B+."

"Good location with numerous restaurants and shopping nearby. 15 minutes to the Riverwalk Historic District. Very good free breakfast. Plenty of free, safe parking. 15 minute drive to the North Carolina Battleship exhibit. Easy check- in with caring staff."

"The Property was very clean and well maintained. Lots of free activities if you have children also. "

"no mini fridge or microwave in room ask fir ckean towels the hoysekeeler told me know and she was right there cleaning another room ask fir room to be clean left for 3hrs came back room not clean manger said they had until 7pm ( guy on 1st) 6 hrs later room was half clean face towels was dirty and put same sheets back on bed that I have ask to changed because I spilled a drink on them. The manger on night shift she was very apologizing and trying to make things right."
