"It’s at the beach. What more do you really need to say . The whole point of this property is that it is beachfront. Your room has a view of the beach. Your balcony has a view of the beach and you’re literally steps away from the beach. Due to the humidity, you do get a bit of an odor in the room. Kind of musty. But clearly the air conditioner is too large for the space. So that makes it a little worse for the humidity and the clamminess in the room. And the air conditioner is very loud.
While we did not use it, the pool looks fantastic clean and warm. There was plenty of people enjoying the pool.
It’s kind of old and the maintenance is a little deferred, but everything is functional.
It’s located in a very quiet part and there’s only a couple restaurants around but you’re a five minute drive down to Carolina Beach where there’s tons of activity. And only a couple minutes away from Fort Fisher Museum, and beach. Which is pretty cool to see.
The beds were extremely comfortable. The TV is terrible, but you’re not there to watch TV. And to John and Janet, you should not leave your prime account logged in. I could’ve rented or added any service I wanted. lol"
