"The HVAC was thundering thru our room we didn’t sleep a wink we called down 3 times and John said that’s how it is .at 2 am it started beeping and thundering it was like we were on top of freezers and the compressors were so loud . He finally told us he would comp out night and in the morning they charged us for the room but not the parking spot. Never going back again"

"Pros: The room was clean, cozy and eleclec furnished. Centrally located to walk to Richmond Street..very nice walking distance. Cons: Checking in was not easy..not well communicated. Overnite parking restrictions were ridiculous and expensive. The room sink was plugged. The bottom bedsheet kept coming off. The long pillows were difficult for sleeping ..we both woke up with sore necks. Will look for other accommodations next visit based on the cost."

"We didn't use the amenities since came in late and only there for 1 night. The valet parking for $40 per night is ridiculous, thank goodness for public paid parking lot next door. Otherwise, great facility- would stay again."

"Breakfast was good with a great variety. Cleanliness of rooms was horrible. We got transferred to 3 different rooms with the last option being better but not good. Hair on floor in all bathrooms, full of dust in all rooms. Staff were helpful and good."

"I definitely do not recommend. There’s a homeless shelter right beside & about 15 ‘people’ were outside - most with the ‘fentanyl bend’. when we left next day one appeared lifeless on the curb which leads into the parking garage. inside hotel- there are some ‘ long-term stay guests’ who were quite noisy The carpet in the hallways has big stains, and the wallpaper has rips in it"

"The rooms were up to date, looked newly renovated and very clean. The beds and pillows were clean and comfortable. I always find the slight hint of bleach from the sheets very reassuring. The buffet had lots of variety and the coffee was delicious. We would definitely recommend and would stay again."

"Beautiful property and the room was wonderful. The only thing I regret was that I was only there for the evening and didn't have time to utilize the amenities."
