"We were automatically booked into Mercure Impérial but were very disappointed with the rooms. They were smaller and cramped. Night reception staff wasn’t helpful when we enquired. "

"The accommodations were great. Located about 1/4 mile to the Grotto but very easy to walk. All the rooms are ADA compliance. Bathroom is equipped with walk in shower with support bars. Our room even had a balcony over looking one of the main streets below. Overall we were very pleased with the facility "
