Unfortunately, once we entered our room, we found it to be in an unacceptable and unsanitary condition. The room had pubic hair in my son’s bed, feces smeared on the back of the bathroom door, a used bar of soap behind the toilet, urine on the bathroom floor, and dead bugs in the bed. "If you use the kitchen, there is no charge for pans, flatware, glasses but you must ask for it. The extended stay hotel is a 15 minute walk from supermarkets, restaurants. Avoid the north end stairwell and 1st floor exist as it sometimes has seedy people hanging out and the remains of marijuana. Staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly."
