"Family of 4 short stay - we had a lovely 4 days at Le Panorama. The staff were amazing and so helpful. The lounge and dining area are very relaxing and welcoming. The rooms are ok. In need of a little modernizing but were warm and functional. The swimming pool was at the end of a strange spiral staircase but the water was warm and good after skiing. Good location with easy access to town."

"Niveau confort et propreté des chambres, rien à dire. Par contre quelques déceptions. Contrairement à ce qui est annoncé il n'y a pas de parking à l'hôtel. C'est stationnement gratuit mais dans les rues et en saison c'est compliqué. On devait avoir vu sur le parc, donc nous pensions avoir du calme !!! Pas du tout. Il n'y a pas de parc, c'est vu sur une église entourée d'arbres, mais surtout séparée de l'hôtel par une rue très passante et terrasses de café restaurant. Donc pas du tout calme....

"Despite it being offered for every room - Mountain View’s are really not available from any bedroom- however this does not detract from the Hotel’s excellent location nor its simple but adequate rooms. The breakfast although extra was well worth it. It is a budget hotel so the rooms were without frills but the shower water was instantly hot and always available, the bed was comfortable and the room was peaceful. The staff were very helpful and everywhere was clean and tidy. La Bourboule was a lovely town with much to see and many good walks - with the purchase of a local map €10 from the Tourist Office the whole Monte Dore, Puy de Sancy area and its walking is available on the many marked paths accessible from the Hotels Front door."
