"Short version: it's a reasonably priced small hotel near the centre square of Tirana. It's a bit difficult to find, being down a fairly uninviting side street. Room is clean and modern, with a good vibe. Facilities are basically a free-use coffee machine in the lobby, but otherwise breakfast etc are outside purchase only.
