"Hotel Room and staff were lovely as was the food, the spa facilities are nice but front of desk staff at spa, not very good (booked couples massage with prosecco and fruit, no fruit or prosecco, we complained and they told us they did not offer this and we felt like they were implying we were lying) -the spa is not ran by the hotel"

"It was particularly quiet. It felt like a little hideaway from a city that’s already buzzing. It was relatively central. The staff is lovely, very polite and helpful. Great hospitality. My room was divine, very spacious. Facilities are very modern. It was my first time in Albania and they made me feel very safe. "

"Excellent property right in the middle of Tirana and easy access to taxis for transportation along with the staff being super friendly and helpful. Rooms were very neat indeed and great maintenances. Breakfast was okay and they have on site parking which is very helpful indeed given the traffic situation and parking outside"

"The pillows were really nice. The air conditioner was not noisy and worked well. The grounds were amazing. Such a nice pool, sauna, playground area and pool-side pool. I feel that for the price of staying here breakfast should be included in the price."

"My wife and I stayed at Relax Inn for 5 nights and it was absolutely amazing! The overall experience from the warm welcome when we arrived till our check out was just splendid. There was a receptionist - Sola (hoping I’ve spelt it correctly) who we absolutely appreciate her efforts, thanks for everything. I will recommend Relax Inn for anyone planning to stay in Durrës.
