I cannot say enough great things about my trip to this resort. Luis at the reception desk was incredibly positive, enthusiastic, and helpful. This kid is going places in life. All the staff from the restaurant workers to the pool girls leading samba dances to the cleaning staff were outstanding and dedicated to doing a great job with hospitality. The food, drinks, and accommodations were excellent. The pools and beach areas were beautiful and relaxing. I really enjoy the people and culture of Brazil and this resort lived up to what this country is all about. I am sure I will return someday soon.

I went there 5 times. The 4th I was robbed at ALA SOL. They took my debit card from safety box. I have all the proof. I wrote to them but nobody answered. This summer I came back (close, good sea) and the food was terrible. Bar bartenders hated Argentine people and, there was a bad service at restos and bad food. The only food for veggie people was salad! What was worse, you had to “fight” in order to get a chair at the beach! Terrible! Last but not least, there isn’t a doctor or a place for quick medical attendance. Even though you have your insurance, I was bitten by a giant ant and I almost collapsed. They should have someone in situ. I love the beach at the place but I am quiet disappointed!

A sobrecarga é evidente e compromete a qualidade do serviço.

Só existe 1 restaurante no all inclusive, o restante é pago! Então, começa a cansar a mesma comida!
