"The staff at this place is the best staff of any hotel I have ever stayed at. We were tired of the travel but since the moment we walked in .Esteban made it all better with his enthusiasm, smile and lightness . On Day 2 we had a little issue with our key and the maintenance man let us in our room and took care of the issue himself and brought us our keys fixed . We were literally treated like royalty. It didn’t end here. We had a 2 day family event so we probably took about 7 or 8 rooms and everyone kept talking about the breakfast crew. That I had to try it , that the guy there was amazing. We were only there for 2 days but on the last morning I decided to go down and eat breakfast. They were not mistaken when they said this man was on point. I didn’t catch his name but he was great and very friendly and attentive. I work in customer service and you normally hear about the bad and ever the good but this hotel has the dream team. Esteban needs recognition because this man at a young age is very respectful and has one of the hardest jobs."
