"My friend and me stayed in this beautiful hotel for one night after our Rinjani climb. The hotel was quiet and peaceful, with the concierge manned by polite staff who speaks decent English. "Horrible visit! The rooms were so dirty. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned since they opened it. The sheets were dirty and had so many stains, so we had them changed but there was still many stains on the new ones. The WIFI didn't work in the rooms at all for the whole visit because of "service" that we were not informed about before. My worst hotel experience ever and I would not even recommend it to my worst enemy!"

" Absolutely Wonderful Stay at Katamaran Resort Lombok! My vacation at Katamaran Resort was unforgettable from start to finish. The moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warm smiles and genuine hospitality that made me feel right at home. The resort’s beachfront location is simply breathtaking — crystal-clear water, golden sunsets, and a peaceful atmosphere perfect for relaxation. The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed with a stunning ocean view. I especially loved the infinity pool overlooking the sea — it’s one of the most beautiful spots I’ve ever swum in! The breakfast buffet offered a great variety, from local Indonesian dishes to fresh tropical fruits and international options. Every staff member went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. Whether it was arranging transport, recommending local activities, or just checking in with a friendly smile, their service was truly exceptional.
