A unique stay in a beautiful cave room. Good location. Lacked the atmosphere of a regular hotel as buildings were spread out and it felt a bit disjointed. Breakfast was disappointing - indoor only despite beautiful weather and outdoor tables and food quality and service were ok but not great. Overall a nice stay but overpriced

Loved everything about this place. So unique, so different, the staff was overly friendly and kind and welcoming. The hotel is centrally located.

Beautiful place. Great charm and character. Everything was lovely. The staff was friendly and helpful. The restaraunt was spectacular. The rooms are carved into the caves so each one is unique. I was amazed how they were able to engineer plumbing and electricity in these caves. The only slight issue was the A/C was not working very well. Not a big deal. I would definitely stay here again and recommend others to stay also.

Amazing helpful reception staff. The room was spectacular and very clean. Only lacking for us was breakfast and attentiveness to our table. Maybe a few more staff required for so many areas to cover. All in all though this was a very special property and we would love to again.

We rented out 3 rooms , all the room are different and very unique - clean - WiFi working well . There is some stairs from the hotel lobby to the room but the staff are amazing they will take care all your luggages with no problem. We ate at the hotel restaurant upstairs for one night . The view is beautiful but the food isn’t that good, service is a big disappointment , I almost rate them lower because of the restaurant service but I feel bad for all the people who’ve working at the front desk they worked super hard to please the customers. Overall, I love the hotel - the town . 2 days is enough for you to explore this town .

The staff was excellent, very well trained and extremely helpful arranging for private tours, dinner reservation and transportation. Would highly recommend this place. The location is perfect and the staff just enhanced the whole experience.

OMG. This property was amazing. We stayed in one of the Cave hotel rooms and it was like nothing else I have ever seen. The hotel was top-notch, the staff and service was top-notch, the view was beyond top-notch. I cannot recommend this hotel or staying in the Sassi area enough. I feel so lucky to have experienced this area of the world and cannot say enough good things about the property. The staff were so helpful from day one (we stayed 3 nights). 5-star service all the way. On our last day, we really did not have an itinerary for the last 3-4 days of our time in Italy until we flew out of Rome. The front desk employee suggested 2 places, including Orvieto. We took her advice and had the best time finishing off our 3-week tour of Croatia and Italy.

아름다운 마테라에서 겪은 최고의 호텔 맞은편 산의 동굴들이 아주 잘 보이고 주변 명소와 가까움 친절한 직원들 및 신기한 동굴 분위기 방 조식 나오는 식당이 엄청 고급지고 유명한 곳 같으며 마테라 대표 디저트가 정말 맛있었다 주차 시설에 대한 안내도 메일 답변이 없으니 whatsapp으로 신속하고 정확하게 알림을 제공했으며 셔틀로 픽업도 완벽했다
