The property's location is perfect for those looking to be within walking distance of the city's attractions while being slightly removed from the chaos and noise of the central district. Also the property is a convenient three-minute walk from the Materdei metro station. We never felt unsafe walking in the neighborhood, even in the evenings.

"Claudio was an amazing host! He was really attentive with all our needs and even ordered us a late night taxi for when we had an early morning flight! We stayed for a week. "Falha de comunicação. O horário de check-in está anunciado errado e a propriedade deixou um número de telefone incompleto. Tive que recorrer aos vizinhos para localizar alguém para abrir e a pessoa nem me pediu desculpas, mesmo chegando meia hora depois do horário que ela disse ser o certo. "There was no airport shuttle. I had to get a taxi. The room was clean but couldn’t open windows because garbage outside attracted flies. Our room was noisy outside til about 3:00 am. "During our 11-day stay here, every staff member we interacted with were friendly and responsive. There were too many standouts to highlight - front desk, valets, shuttle drivers, restaurant staff, cleaners, etc.. I would have run out of Euros tipping everyone deserving of a tip. "Clean and functional hotel, excellent location. Room was quiet but the pillows were uncomfortable. The hotel itself lacked charm and friendliness of other hotels we’ve stayed in but that didn’t bother us (might bother others.)
One more thing: not a biggie but, if you like a cup of tea at the end of a long day, take your own tea bags! The room has a kettle but they didn’t replace the tea bags. (which we think a 4* hotel probably should do.)"
