"The guy at check in was great and the girl in the morning was nice too. The room was in good shape. The shower needs new caulking and the shower head needs replacement but I'm a builder so i notice that stuff. It's extremely minor. The staff was great and the room was quiet and comfortable. That's the most important part. 5/5"

"I’m very particular when it comes to hotels, they have to be clean, safe, and up to date. Even though our event was about 40 minutes away, I chose to stay here because of the great reviews and high standards, and it proved to be absolutely worth it. The building still had that “brand new” smell, as if it had just been renovated, and I felt completely comfortable throughout my stay. It truly felt like a home away from home. "No towels a few roaches fell out the fridge a dirty sock on top of the dresser and one lamp light other than that the room was very spacious fairly clean with the exception of a dried booger on the wall and some substance on the door handle of the bathroom. Air condition worked great. For the price I feel it was adequate."

"Nice location convenient walking to dining and shopping. Sacramento has a bad homeless and drug situation typical of most liberal cities so walking at night probably not recommended for some. Staff was great. Big rooms, basic accommodations including fridge and microwave. 16th street is busy so some noise. Stayed here before, would again. "
