"It was under construction, which was not advertised. The room was small, broken light switch, broken tub, pillows were lumpy and squished. The other people staying in the room next to us were loud, disruptive and we were woken up to the nauseating heavy smell of marijuana, in our room. We even had someone try to come into our room while we were packing to leave. We felt unsafe all night. I had to hunt down the front desk clerk in the morning to try to check out. "What a tastefully decorated and comfortable suite!!! It was exactly what we needed and we'd go back any day!!! Continental breakfast was simple and lovely and the host, Chris, was so hospitable. One of our fave places we've stayed, including overseas. Our room felt like the most charming English BnB!"

"Thought I had booked a pet friendly room, apparently not , the front desk had to make some changes. Still every thing turned out fine, just a short delay getting into the room."

"The room in the main building was nicer compared to the motel section (less musty smelling). I had to go back to the hotel to check for lost earrings. I attempted to call the lost and found line but there was no answer and they said they closed at 4pm (I went back earlier than that and found that the lost and found staff had gone home.) Updating hours for that would be helpful. The front desk staff were helpful and had gone up to the room to check but said they couldn't find anything. I asked...

"Under construction. Parking was difficult to find since there is a Conference Center attached. And the prices went up due to that. Check in staff was not friendly. Got a 25% off from the attached White Spot which did not come across when looking at hotels."

"Wouldn't stay again. Room was worn and outdated. Dogs were barking throughout our trip we made a few complaints. Staff wasn't very friendly. Breakfast was very minimal we ended up having to get breakfast elsewhere. White Spot is attached to the hotel however food was terrible and way over priced for what it is. Wouldn't recommend at all"
