"We reserved a non-smoking room, but it reeked of smoke! We were given another room, which was just the same. Since it was late, it wasn’t possible to find another hotel, so we had to stay in the smoky “non-smoking” room.
The food was included in the stay, but we still ended up paying a dinner fee — so much for “included. ”
The only thing nice was the view. "

"新しいホテルなのか、清潔感があり大変良かったです。大浴場もあり気持ちよかったです。
駅から離れてましたがここにしてよかったです。
朝食も9時までだったのですが、5分前くらいに駆け込んだ時も、入れてくれて、片付けを一時ストップして対応くださり感謝してます。"
