Accessible to subway & meeting points for day trips. Traditional breakfast, which was excellent. They even accommodated me, as vegetarian. We loved the traditional Japanese onken & the yakatas provided for us to relax in. I would whole-heartedly recommend this as a fantastic place to stay & a cultural...

"They offer a breathtaking view of the Tokyo Tower and Ginza skyline. However, the hotel itself is outdated with some of its features such as the television system and the shower. Some of the amenities like the pyjamas and dental kits are unusable. Overall, the staff were amazing and you would still get the famous Japanese hospitality at its best even if it can get busy at times."

"Good hotel and very easy to find food around"

"It was an amazing Onsen experience. The hotel was super clean, the staff spoke English, lots of service to use to make traveling and staying better. Food is good offering both Japanese and Western meals. They offer free dinner ramen as well. 10/10 will book again"

"Nice hotel"

"Excellent hotel. Only issue was that we were asked to give up our dining seats for another upcoming reservation. The thing is, there were other seats available. They could have seated us elsewhere or placed the other couple at another table. We think it was there nice way of telling us not to play Dominos at the table."

"As a solo traveler the hotel stay was great, not too far from downtown Shinjuku (15 min walk) and the area around was nice and peaceful. Lots of restaurants and convenience stores located at the bottom floor so I never had to go far, 7-11 around the corner and the hotel breakfast options were great."
