"The lobby smelled like vanilla musk. It was fantastic! Clean, affordable and within walking distance to restaurants and stores. A good choice if you’re going to see a show at the Amp Ballantyne."

"Not a bad room to spend the night in at all! Very simple. Had a lot of keycard issues, but the lady at the front desk was so sweet and understanding. The shuttle staff were all very kind and helpful as well!"

"Nothing has changed. They have the front desk guy , who is rude and takes money from deposit money and never refunds the full amount. Owner answer diplomatic answers to reviews but never pickups calls or returns them. It seem the front desk staff Mr. D is related to the owner that’s why there is no accountability for rude behavior and missing money"

He was very kind, helpful, and hard working. He went over and beyond to assist me. He was very informative. He needs to be the executive manager here and I'm sure the place would do better. "The bar isn’t set up, no city view, no room service. The pool wasn’t open. No ventilation in the bathroom. I will never book here again."

"I had a paid reservation to this property. When I arrived at 3:30 pm No one was at the front desk. I waited 30 minutes and made several phone call to customer service, The front desk clerk rudely told me they had no rooms and to go elsewhere. I couldn't believe it."
