"Black mold in ceiling of our room. A mushroom grew in the carpet one night. The staff and location are awesome. The old rooms really need refurbished and the moisture problems felt with. The pool was always great to be have after a beach day. Having kehei cafe next door is also a plus. "

"The screen doors were torn and off track. The curtains didn’t close all the way. The spa was too expensive. The staff was fantastic! Especially Hunter, Kai, and the two young ladies that gave us wonderful rides on the golf carts. The yoga class was excellent. The air conditioning needed to be cooler as needed, and the bathrooms were WAY too hot. The lady that checked us in and out was great! The pool and hot tub were wonderful."

"Hot tub was broken and seems to have been for awhile, obviously this is an important feature to be missing. Some of the extras like chairs and umbrellas are not in great condition, although they were nice to have. The breakfast offerings were fine although I wouldn't call it a bed and breakfast. "The location was perfect. They upgraded our room which was wonderful. The room was updated and great for our needs. The only things were that the shower leaked all over the floor if you didn’t place the curtain just right, the ants and nats were bad (but it is that season and couldn’t really be helped. They did provide ant traps.), and for some reason there was only 1 small trash can in the whole room. We asked for more trash cans but they didn’t have any, so they gave us some trash bags. We...
