"They canceled our reservation literally at the last minute without any notification whatsoever; leaving us stranded at the Maun Airport. Then the manager refused to give us a refund. Both Expedia and I tried to rectify the situation for over an hour while still at the airport all to no avail. This feels like quite a scam! They took a reservation and almost $300 USD. "My second stay at Three Tree hotel - after my safari. Again, the hotel was superb and provided excellent value for money. Room was very clean and all the amenities - fridge, hot water, and air conditioning fine. Restaurant food and staff were really good - I had dinner and breakfast. Hotel felt safe to stay. Hotel arranged my airport taxi. Hotel is not far from Maun airport."
