"Lovely staff, unfortunately we booked a room with a view but wasn’t given one. We had to keep the curtains closed and the window over looked into the breakfast seating area. First night was comfortable as there was air conditioning but unfortunately second night the air conditioning broke and due to the location of the room being completely adjacent to the breakfast seating area the window was nailed shut so we couldn’t open for some fresh air.
