"The staff was very friendly and helpful with any questions and gave us practical advices what to visit and how to get there.
The rooms were very tidy and clean with comfortable beds. Unfortunately, the noise isolation was poor and we couldn't sleep well as our neighbours played football after beyond midnight.
One of the highlights was the breakfast, which provided great variety of delicious food with tasty choices.
The other downside was the pool being quite crowded and there was no age...

"This was a clean, comfortable hotel, and only an 8 min walk from the main train station downtown. My friend and I got to the hotel early and we were able to put our luggage in secure lockers while we explored the city until check in. The ladies at the front desk were very kind, professional, and helpful.
The bed was very comfortable and soft. The ac worked great and wasn’t loud. The room also came with a free bottle of water in the mini fridge and coffee for the coffee machine.

"We stayed in the Deluxe Studio which was very spacious and finished to a very high standard. We were on the 5th floor and the room was quiet, albeit there was a very feint rumble when a tram passed, but the sound proofing was excellent.
A disappointment was the fact the kitchenette area was locked off on our arrival, which meant no access to cooking facilities. On contacting the hotel, I was directed to the ‘additional information’ section on the website that informed me I had to pay 20 euros...

"Our group stayed at the Rocco Forte Charles hotel for 4 nights before departing for our cruise, and we absolutely loved the hotel. Gorgeous, well appointed rooms, great staff, beautiful restaurant and wonderful location. Breakfast at the restaurant was a great way to begin each day. We had dinner out on the terrace, very nice. Can’t safe enough good things about the staff; really made our stay such a joy."

"Preis-Leistung stimmt. Die Superior-Zimmer sind mit einem großen Doppelbett mit zwei Matratzen ausgestattet, die bequem waren. Unser Zimmer (barrierefrei) war sehr groß und sauber. Lediglich im Badezimmer hätten wir uns mehr Möglichkeiten zur Ablage / zum Aufhängen gewünscht.
Das Personal war stets freundlich.
Das Frühstück für 16€ pro Person hat uns positiv überrascht und hatte mehr Auswahl als die kleine Zeile zunächst vermuten ließ.
Kaffee gab es kostenlos an der Maschine in am Empfang....
