"The breakfasts are good, the service is good, and the hotel is well located. However, the pool is very cloudy and doesn't make you want to get in. Finally, the day before we left (Tuesday, June 30th), the room wasn't cleaned, and the bathrooms were awful. We filed a complaint, but no one has contacted us yet. We tried to speak with the manager, but we haven't received any explanation for this oversight."

"Room is clean but you paid 250 plus per night but the hotel does not even give one bottle of free water! Lucky that the front desk agent who assisted me was generous and she gave me two bottled water for free on my first night because i was so thirsty from 11 hour flight. But inside the room there is no complimentary water at least a bottle or 2. Very stingy."

"This hotel is unique, sort of a hidden gem tucked away. You would not think there was a hotel there. Once in the property, everything is out of place but in place. Very nostalgic. Once in the room it felt like home. It had a homely feeling to it. The room felt like my own. Great spot"

"Staff were friendly and helpful. The airport shuttle was super useful. There was no room service but I could order food at the bar and take it up to the room. I was able to use the gym facilities too. My main complaint is that I paid for a marina view room. It was a bit of a stretch to call it a marina view - we could see the marina way off to the side (barely), but mainly our view was a big tree."

"This place was a very good hotel. You could tell that a lot of the air staff stay here and it just had everything you needed. It was quiet. It was clean and the staff was super friendly."
