"Great location, and very helpful staff member on reception.
Air Con works really well and as it was only a 1 night stay for me, it didn't matter that there is no window in the room.
They stored my luggage before check in for a small charge
Great value, would recommend and I would stay there again"

"Unfortunately, the arrival experience did not reflect five stars standards. The receptionist who handled my check-in was surprisingly abrupt and indifferent when delivering the news that my room wasn't ready. Across the board, the front desk staff lacked the professional warmth and hospitality required to create a welcoming impression.
Otherwise the bellmen were very helpful, the location is very convenient. Charming hotel in Mayfair."

"I was very disappointed with the hotel, very dated, smell of cigarets smoking and bear, and even I paid far in advance I got small room with a window in a corner facing a dirty wall and roofs.
Even I fully paid for three night I went to another hotel."
