"The staff met us on arrival with a very friendly welcome. Took us on a tour of the AB&B and what to expect the Breakfast and code for the front door. They posted the breakfast menu and asked if we need anything special. Coffee, Tea and Snacks were avalable 24/7. The rooms were clean and the staff made up the room and fresh towels everyday. They had information about tours, restaurants and beaches to go to. They were available for any of our needs! I would highly recommend The Inn at Yarmouth...

"I would suggest upgrading the WIFI. It wasn’t user friendly. Other than that it was clean, very well maintained, and the gentleman that owned it was very accommodating."

"We enjoyed our stay at the Sea Meadow Inn! It was a quaint old home. The owners have done a tremendous job of making it homey and charming. The breakfasts were so delicious and beautiful! The hosts were great at giving us ideas of places to visit and things to do on the cape."

"The hotel is not particularly impressive overall. The breakfast is quite average, and the dining room is uncomfortable with no A/C. The tables are also not very convenient. Although the property is generally clean in the hallways, there is a noticeable smell of old or dirty carpet in some areas. In room 131, the hair dryer was broken and did not work. "The ceiling in the bathroom kept leaking over the toilet area at least twice during our four nights stay. Management did work on it the first time, but then it happened a second time on the day we were checking out. They’re compensation was $30!"

"Please please don’t stay here. The service right away was terrible at the front desk. I arrived was greeted rudely by the staff. I tried to keep it positive. I asked if we could have 2 beds instead of one and she said no because she can’t change anything booked through a 3rd party. I was disappointed. She then offered to show me the room with the queen. I walked in and the room reeked of mildew and I noticed mold in the room. I told the cleaning lady and she said she didn’t notice it. I came...

"We had a wonderful stay at Dennis Port Surf Club. The entire property has been very recently renovated and was very clean and comfortable. The staff was also very friendly. Great find!"

"The rooms need to be updated with USB ports. The bathtub needs safety strips because it was very slippery and a fall risk. The bathroom is s sliding door and does not shut properly."

"Beautiful location. Main building with restaurant and bar has great character. Note, it was just remodeled and restaurant opens next week. Our one king size bed cottage was spacious and had a sitting deck with an ocean view. Price was reasonable for the experience. Highly recommend!"
