Freehand Los Angeles

I’ve stayed at Hotel Burbank multiple times, and every visit has been perfect. The service and overall experience are consistently excellent.

The Biltmore Los Angeles
Overall, the hotel was accommodating and pleasant, but none of the staff seemed particularly engaged or interested in making an effort to be cheerful. The restaurant Smeraldi's did not have appropriate cleanliness standards, and we left mid-meal.
