"This is nothing more than a ttilitarian motel and serves nothing more than that purpose. If you are expecting anything more, this is not the place to stay, as it was not for us. Pay more to build fabulous memories, not disappointments."

"We had a WONDERFUL time. Our room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was filling. The location couldn't be better - 15-minute walk to downtown P-Town, 15-minute bike ride to the Province bike trail, and 8-minute walk to Fanizzi's (one of the best restaurants in town - cheaper & less crowded than Lobster Pot). If you don't want to walk - take the shuttle that will meet you right in front of the Inn. We'll go there again."

"No consistent contact w staff on text and could not get them to answer. Thankfully we were able to check in around normal time as two staff returned as we were about to park and leave our belongings on site in our car. Overall room was satisfiable but hard to recommend due to lack of communication from staff."

"Availability of hot shower water was abysmal, room safe was broken, musty smell and damp carpeting near air conditioner. The small restaurant/bar was excellent along with the staff, pools and gym were lovely."
