"This resort was amazing for a nice relaxing getaway. The surrounding areas and resort was beautiful and the staff were mostly all amazing too. We particularly enjoyed laying by the pool and being able to have pool side service. Gym amenities were great. Loved doing a yoga class there! Most importantly, we found a resort that’s truly pet friendly. Our dog was allowed to hang out with us by the pool and essentially everywhere but the gym and spa areas. He loved being able to stay with us and it put our mind at ease that he was allowed to and we didn’t have to be constantly worried about that. Overall great location and would for sure stay here again. The only areas of improvement I’d suggest would be there should be enough umbrellas at the pool for every 2 chairs. With how hot it gets, the umbrellas were a commodity and there weren’t enough a couple of the times we were looking for them. Similarly, at the Cielo, it would’ve been nice to have some tables outside with umbrella coverage too. The restaurant’s food and service left a little to be desired. For the price, the portion and flavor were a little disappointing. I ordered a breakfast egg white flatbread and it was sausage and bacon pizza with scrambled egg whites on the side. The salmon for dinner was small for the price. The food overall was underwhelming. That doesn’t dull the overall appeal of this resort for me though. I would just maybe get brunch elsewhere next time around. Looking forward to staying here again!"

"Suite was beautiful but would NOT stay again... 1. Do NOT think they will bring anything to your room, my disabled wife asked for extra towels and we were told to come get them from the front office. 2. DO NOT run the tub & shower too close as you will not have hot water for both...You need to wait about 15 minutes before running the next one no matter how short your shower is. 3. No matter what the website states NO ROOM SERVICE...Per the bbq place listed on the website they have not offered service for MULTIPLE years. When called & spoke to front office about room service since it is listed on their website we were told "no, but you can come to the Italian restaurant next to the office and take it back to your room". *We booked due to website stating room service as we planned to have room service the first night and just staying in but due to false advertisement the first night was stressful & ruined as we had to find some place to eat quickly as dash\uber doesn't deliver there. We left comments & reviews hoping hotel would reach out but nothing...Customer Service is not their priority."

"We loved the pools and hot tubs. We had all our meals at the WKP sports bar and loved the food, drinks, staff and music. We did a deep tissue massage at the spa; excellent service. There’s a lot of above and beyond little perks here. I think it’s the staff at all the areas of the resort that really make the difference and make it an excellent vacation. I would definitely stay here again."
