"Food was excellent with a good variety over the 7 days we were here. The spa is incredible after a day skiing. The service was hit and miss. Our waiter was great but the night he was off the substitute waitress was terrible. We experienced two eye rolling moments, from the staff!! Once when they brought an incorrect water bottle. The second time on checkout at reception. We had paid €70 to use the spa after checkout (11am) and our airport transfer 2:45pm. They said they had run out for bathrobes...

"We stayed at Resort Schrofenblick in the Penken Apartment (3 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom) and had an excellent experience from start to finish. Everything in the apartment is top quality. From the moment you enter, you notice the attention to detail. Starting with the Nuki Smart Lock at the entrance, which was very convenient. The kitchen is exceptionally well equipped. Bora cooker, Bosch oven and dishwasher, and even very heavy, high-quality pans (likely cast iron), which really shows...
