"Beautiful setting and views. Fine dining or pub food and room service. The room was large with a fireplace and balcony with table and chairs, huge TV. Separate tub and shower. Floor to ceiling windows with dark see-through shades. Quiet and peaceful. Literally a block to the Mill Bay ferry. Very nice. Will stay again."

"OMG this place is the REAL DEAL! You have to stay here when you come to Victoria!! The place is super clean, great food offered in the morning, close to dining options and a gas station. The dog motif was top notch as was all of the staff. Upon checking in, the gentleman at counter explained the pub connected to the restaurant and how part was family friendly! We were given adjoining rooms per our request. Rooms were so clean and bright, great bathrooms and wonderful beds! "

"Bear Mountain is a great resort to stay at. Staff are friendly. The rooms are nice.
Just wish there was shopping in the area. Had to drive 30 minutes to downtown where everything is at. Shopping, bar and great food areas. "
"Breakfast was amazing because of all the fresh fruit. We also enjoyed the coffee machine in the lobby. Cappuccinos were fantastic, with lots of other options including hot chocolate. Nice location with grocery store etc. Around but still just a 10 minite walk to the water."
