"The lobby, hallways was dirty and unsatisfactory. The lady (Indian) was rude, didn’t acknowledge the customers, didn’t speak until spoken to. Had my hand out to receive my money, she laid on the counter rather than putting it in my hand. The building needed cleaning on the outside. I tried finding another hotel, but non wasn’t available. In other words I was disappointed at the condition of the place."

"Not a great experience- we will not return. Location of property not where we expected- would select a room located in town with walking distance to shops and sites next time. Access to property difficult. Climate control of overall property hallways and room had a damp feel in the air. King bed was lumpy. Toilet ran extremely slowly after a flush and was basically non-functioning - ick. Use of first floor public restroom as a back up was equally disappointing as that area was filthy - no one...

"The staff was excellent, both friendly and helpful. The room was clean. Our issue was with the design of the property itself. The ADA compliant bathroom was horrible. The toilet was too close to the wall and water from the shower ran onto the floor and out the door no matter how careful the user was. The furniture was as cheap as it could possibly be and still function. Overall, I probably wouldn't stay there again as there are other comparably priced options."

"we booked a double but when we arrived were told there was only a king available. however, when i walked around the building for exercise in the evening, there seemed to be plenty of doubles unoccupied. the second bed was a couch pullout with no sheets on the stained mattress and no blanket, the doors didn't fit well with lots of light showing all around, there was no switch for the fan in the bathroom, there were 2 tvs but only 1 remote. little things like that made us decide we need to be...

"The only problem I had was checking out. I split the cost with my sister and only her card got charged for the full amount which caused her card to have a negative balance. Not cool"

"If need a cheap place to stay for a day or two, this it. Expect a bed and a shower, not much else. Staff was friendly."
