"This property is exactly what one would expect for the price. No frills. The morning breakfast was nice as was the coffee."

"The room had long hair in the bathroom, they were out of milk at 6:45 AM, the internet might as well be nonexistent. I do not recommend."

"Very peaceful and quiet. Stairs were a bit more of a challenge than I anticipated, but next stay I will ask about ground level before I book. Beds very comfortable! Liked the overall atmosphere very much."

"Denny was a wonderful host! I stayed on the third floor in the Derby Room. It was perfectly charming! Everthing I needed for a solo one night getaway. Perfectly located to enjoy a leisurely walk around downtdown Maysville. Fantastic eateries and pubs just footsteps away from the front door. Denny was very knowledgeable about the local fare and offered many suggestions.The next time I need to take a step back in time and enjoy the company of the lovely people of Maysville, I will definitely book...

"Pull out bed was dirty and had not be cleaned, smelled of piss. Ask for a different room. Front desk could not provide another room without charging for the additional room. No roll out bed available. When ask to speak with management, no available. Pool was not heated. We checked out and went to a different hotel!"

"Where do I start. This Hotel, staff, everything was absolutely amazing. The hotel is locally owned by some of the most pleasant people you would ever want to be around. Actually everyone we met in the entire town was so very kind and went above and beyond on everything. The rooms were TOP class, the decorations were everything Horse and Horse racing. We went to visit a friend who in in rehab in Paris so we decided to stay here. We left Paris with more friends. We will definitely be going back...

"It was a nice quiet neighborhood within walking distance to a charming small town main street. The space was clean and comfortable for 2-3 people. Suggestions: Supply coffee pods or let guests know they need to bring with them. More seating for those with 3-4 people. Directions for operating the TV remote. A few more towels. "
