"The room was great! I selected a room with the whirlpool. It worked wonderfully, from the water temperature to the pressure of the whirlpool jets. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. When I checked in there was a line of impatient customers and the staff remained calm, professional and friendly."

"We were there for three days and not once did they make our bed, empty our trash or bring clean towels. The lighting in our room was extremely inadequate. Our toilet was wobbly. The pool had crumbling concrete around the edge which kept falling into the pool. There were cockroaches. One morning the milk gravy was literally cold. They ran out of orange juice, milk and forks but no one replaced them. There was no one around to check and see if any breakfast items needed to be replenished. ...

"To start, there was no sign origh5s to indicate you'd located the hotel. We drove past it several times before finding it The room was large & the bed was very comfortable. If that's all you're looking for, then this should be your choice. But, if you're looking for even a little more, look elsewhere. The showerhead & shower was horrible. The towels were beyond thin; non-absorbent & the bath towel was the size of a hand towel. The "amenities" were 2 tiny bars of soap. That was it. No shampoo,...

"When we checked at 11:00 pm the TV didn’t work and there was a shortage of bath towels. The next morning we informed the staff and asked that the room be made up. When we returned at 10:30 pm the TV still didn’t work and no towels and the room not made up. I went to the front desk and asked for a different room. "We have stayed here over decades and each time the cleanliness has declined. This was our last stay here. Also, call before you book and ask if the pool is open. Website said it was but it was not open during our stay."

"Located near lots of places to eat and gas stations. The windows don’t lock and so anyone can come into your room unannounced. I got moved from 1st to 2nd floor because of this. The windows still didn’t lock on the 2nd floor. It seems as though they are rehabbing the property. So as a night shift worker there was constant noises from this which made sleeping really difficult. Front desk staff was nice.
