Hotel Riu Emerald Bay - All Inclusive
Stayed for a week and everything was perfect from food, amenities, room and the view is so romantic. Elevators would only take 1-1:30mins.the longest to wait. Bands by the beach at sunset was fun too.

Courtyard By Marriott Mazatlan Beach Resort
Some inconsistencies in room amenities. No coffee pods, sometimes got water bottles, no kleenex the first few days. Staff were as most Mexicans are; very friendly polite.
