They give me a small room, no toilet seat, dirty sheets. Small bathroom. Noise place. They change me to a second room. Almos same condition, no towels super noise.

Very good location, near both Olas Altas and the quieter shops and restaurants of the historic center. Hotel appears to be nearly new, and the staff members were present and pleasant. Floor always seemed to be covered with long hairs (not mine), even after an additional cleaning. And the air conditioner stopped cooling on my last full day of 3. Even so I'd stay there again!

Sweet little hotel near Olas Altas that is very walkable and extremely friendly. Basic rooms, but very comfortable. Beware there is no elevator if that is an issue for you. I would stay here again and recommend this hotel.

Ok-in a time of need
We needed to reserve a room for the night because our nearby monthly rental was undergoing some maintenance work. We had watched the hotel’s progress when it was being built, so it was nice to be able to actually stay there. Checking in was ok, both parties needing to use a language translation app on our phones. My only concerns had to do with the usability of the shower, not being familiar with the water-heater shower head. It was very high for me to reach. My shower was quite cool. There was also evidence that the shower ledge had not been completely cleaned after the last resident. We would have been more comfortable with a few extra bed pillows and another blanket. We could not access the free-WiFi, probably without a visit to the front desk. Maybe the biggest disappointment was the lack of a cup of coffee in the morning. I did not see that the “cafe” was closed on the hotel’s website. All in all, we were “ok” with Hotel Dwana. It saved us “in a pinch”.

I liked how modern it was. Very comfortable room and shower. Large windows with lots of light. Comfortable bed and very eco friendly!! The staff was exceptional!!!

2 days w out water no management to solve the problem housekeeper pass only one time if you have the sing don’t disturbed she never comeback no elevator the employees w loud music on the hall ways and very loud talking all employees always on the cell phone

Gracias por hospedarse con nosotros, lamentamos lo sucedido. Efectivamente tuvimos problemas con el agua, por la tormenta tropical Nora que hubo hace días, se le dio solución lo mas pronto posible. No contamos con elevador somo un hotel pequeño de 3 pisos ,en los pasillos el personal tiene prohibido tener música como menciona. Trabajáremos en darle solución a estos detalles. Buen día.

Todo muy bien en el hotel, el servicio muy profesional. Lo único es que dentro del hotel hacia mucha calor mientras subías a la habitación. De ahi en adelante, todo muy bien; recomendado.

It was a nice clean hotel. If you're looking for a lot of glitz and glamour this isn't the one for you. Staff was friendly and accommodating. For our needs, it was a good location. Good value for the money.

The hotel is clean. The internet is provided via a 24 hr login password per device. Even though our stay was 3 nights, we were only give 2 24 hour codes so we kept having to ask for codes. During one of our requests, there were no more codes! The single bed room was small. This property is not for someone who need to do any work from the room as the seat for the desk is a cube with no back that is too low for the desk. There are much better hotels for this price point that are more centrally located in downtown.

Rooms were a bit on the small side. Not enogh places to hang wet towels and swimsuits. They had no beach towels. Also no refrigerator or microwave.
