"I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Skyview - it's in an amazing location overlooking Cefalu (the drive up via the windy road is breathtaking...) - friendly and welcoming staff, a really comfortable modern, clean room with excellent bathroom and shower, and the pool and terrace area is just amazing - even the cat is friendly (if curious). There's a communal area by the rooms with a dining table and free coffee too! Parking spaces are available within the hotel grounds. Breakfast is served (to order)...
"The room was very comfortable, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The location is not ideal, however. It is on the other side of the mountain from where all the main attractions are. It seems there used to be a path to a beach front, but it is well overgrown and not useable. It is a €15 taxi ride from the train station, and €20 to get downtown, otherwise it’s a 25 minute walk around the mountain— it’s not terrible, but not ideal in 98° heat."
"Great little hotel within walking distance of the Centro. Our room was modern, clean and comfortable, breakfast was great and the staff were lovely and helpful. Parking was easy and the Wi-Fi was good.

However, the rooms and some areas of the hotel need updating, especially considering that this is a four-star hotel. "After a five very congested, hot days in Palermo, stepping into the Lirma B&B, was heaven. The owners couldn't have been more helpful into making our three days perfect. The room, the garden were perfect.
The breakfast was all homemade cakes and pastries and fresh every morning.
I don't know if I will ever be back to Sicily, but if I do it will be to stay here"
