I counted 25 people doing various things, with a lot of taking or exchange of drugs. When I went down the stairs to the car on the La Quinta property there was human feces. "We went to a concert at the Knitting Factory and this hotel was walking distance to the venue and also the restaurant we met friends at before the show. Comfy beds, friendly staff, and yummy breakfast too!"

"The room was clean, though one light bulb in the bathroom was out, and a floor lamp was missing its knob so we could not use it. ADA parking (which we needed for our family member in a wheelchair) near the main entrance was unavailable most of the time because other cars without ADA parking permit were occupying the spaces. Because our room did not have a "do not disturb" door hanger, we were interrupted several times during the first 24 hours of our stay. Once we asked and received a door...

"The facility was older but clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. My room was satisfactory, but the bathroom was in poor shape. The bathtub had some type of epoxy like they use on boats all over the bottom of the tub. It was bumpy and peeling. The bathtub was very uninviting. I contemplated not showing because it looked like the stuff on the tub would come off. I would definitely not take a bath."
