"Bad location surrounded by iron fence due to the high number of homeless everywhere. Charged me for my documented service animal as front desk had no understanding of the law. My service dog is for a true medical need yet I forced to sign for it & pay. we did not feel safe outside the hotel to even walk around, should of drove 5 more minutes east for a nicer area. This hotel is just not in a good safe location"

"I liked everything about the hotel and my room. Inviting atmosphere, very well maintained and jazz music in the lobby was a nice touch. Had to be the best shower/water pressure I've enjoyed in years! It was a safe walk to the Riverfront and back from Spokane Arena at night. My only complaint is there wasn't anywhere within a short walking distance you could get breakfast.
